Real estate insurance question

Dear Sir or Madam,
The insurance event occured in my private appartments, but the insurance agreement was concluded between the Management Office of my House and Allianz. I am "the third party" in their relationships. Allianz already transferred the insurance compensation amount for me to the account of House Management Office. I want to take this sum, but I still do not agree with it.
I asked Allianz and my insurance agent many times about what is the procedure of "taking" money for the coount of House Management Office, but I did not get any answer.
Could you please say, what is the procedure of taking money from House Management Office's account?
What should Allianz, House Management Office and I do?
What closing documents are to be signed my Allianz, House Management Office and me?
Could you please share with me Allianz's Terms and Conditions of Insurance? I asked my insurance agent to send me this document many times, but I did not get any answer.

Besides, could you please say, what should I do if I have been trying to reach my Allianz insurance agent by phone for already 3 month without any result? It's so impolite! We are in a big need of help, but our insurance agent does not answer our calls!!!
