On 01/02/2019, on the basis of the fourth motoring directive, I registered my claim to Allianz Poland - injury No. ****** using a form on Allianz's website.
their colleagues from Bulgaria only saw the car, took pictures and compiled an inventory on 11/03/2019. Even then no one tells me what's going on. I have no answers to any questions. I hope I will get your help because the processing period for the case has passed.
Until today 04/03/2019 still no one has contacted me, I have no answer to the emails I have sent. I consider this to be extremely unacceptable.
