Allianz Poland

Hello,

On 01/02/2019, on the basis of the fourth motoring directive, I registered my claim to Allianz Poland - injury No. ****** using a form on Allianz's website.

their colleagues from Bulgaria only saw the car, took pictures and compiled an inventory on 11/03/2019. Even then no one tells me what's going on. I have no answers to any questions. I hope I will get your help because the processing period for the case has passed.

Until today 04/03/2019 still no one has contacted me, I have no answer to the emails I have sent. I consider this to be extremely unacceptable.

Please send me an email which I can use to send my complaint

The fact that you are not able to send an Email via the Allianz Poland homepage could cohere with the fact that it is necessary to have an email program linked to this possibility.

Let’s go to the solution of your problem: How to get in touch with them?
Please copy the email address ccubezpieczenia@allianz.pl and but it into your own Email accounts message “To..” line.

Another option would be to ask the Allianz Poland for an recall. For that you can use the following address:

There you choose the correct department to find more information.

The phone number of the Allianz Poland is the 224224224-. There you have to dial the number 0, to switch to english. After that you need to choose number 2 in the automatic voice response to get to a colleque of the polish damage department.
