i am saving within my company at your private pension scheme - recently i asked to increase my savings and after 3 months only you rejected it.
my questions are:
1. how long time you have legally to answer my query (more than 3 months seems too long and legally not correct)
2. on what reason you can decline increase of my plan? its my plan, my money and i dont understand why i am decline this increase and i am encouraged to sign a new contract that will start my 5 year fee period again.
