Allianz Traditional pension insurance (tariff RS2)

Dear sir / madam, 


I have an alliance Traditional pension insurance (rate RS2) which I pay for every month, but I have lost my contract. Therefore, I would like to refer to my account and I would like to have my new address and bank account number, since I have moved to the Netherlands (from Belgium). Could you please contact me to arrange this?
