Krankenversicherung rechnung

Hello! I or the doctor can send the (unpayed yet) bill directly to Allianz for direct payment? I don't have bank account and I'm short in cash for the moment. I have an several years old Allianz health insurance here in Germany. Thank you, Jana

I just read this threat and thought I might have some helpful informations and tips for you.

Like my colleague Sebastian already said, we always need the original bill to reimburse you for the expenses you had.

Just to double check, here the adress:

Allianz Private Krankenversicherungs-AG
10870 Berlin

Please always write your insurance number on the bill. That makes it easier for my colleagues to route and process your invoice as fast as possible.

Regarding the point of direct payments, I have to correct Sebastian a bit.
Only if a hospital adresses a bill directly towards us, the circumstance allows us, to wire the money straight to the hospitals account - skipping yours.

Usually if you get a bill from the doctor, you have about four weeks time to pay it. If you immediately send us the bill, we´ll get the money to your account on time and you can settle the bill.

For all the opportunities and especially to conclude a contract with us, you need a bank account. I would be glad to help you figure things out, but therefore need your insurance number and your full contact informations. Just send it to allianzhilft.dialog@allianz.de and we´ll work it out from there.

You can send e-mail to krankenversicherung@allianz.de your bill you. Please do not forget it to mention your policy number. If the invoice is to be paid to your doctor, you would please confirm with your signature that this is specifically requested by you.

Thank you so much Sebastian! So is possible that Allianz will pay directly to the doctor, is not necessary that I pay first and then to wait for reimbursement from Allianz(which I heard that can take several weeks..) Anyway there is the problem with no bank account and I don't know if Alliant will reimburse me by check. Jana
