I still haven't received any answer
I still haven't received any answer to my question (see here: https://forum.allianz.de/questions/how-can-we-contact-anyone-in-allianz-ag-who-speaks-a-language-other-than-german--2).
The matter is really quite simple, the only thign we need is somebody who is competent to talk about the insurance claim and who can speak English. Actually, even writng in English will do, we can solve the problem via e-maill.
