I can not complete my account setup. I bought an insurance plan last week, registered for the online portal, received my code by mail, and when I log in, I only have the option to enter my email address and phone number (which should already be stored, since they were used to send me codes and information). When I'm at the end of the setup, I get the error in the (hopefully attached) screenshot.
It asks me to call a phone number, but I'm hard of hearing, so that's not a good option for me.
I've tried it on my Android phone and tablet in Chrome and Firefox and on a computer even in Chrome. The problem has been Friday since last week.
