My contract expired I need assistance in english
Unfortunately I am still learning german and I have zero support from Allianz. Despite the fact that I have asked several times contact with english speakers there is no support. Even when I am talking basic german nobody helps me out. The gentleman who sends me the letters never replies to my english-german emails so at the end I have no contact about my contract. At the moment my contract expired and as per letter it should be extended automatically one year but I would like to ensure this. I was locked in my country due to covid and I couldn't notify anyone by phone regarding the elimination of my contract.
