First of all, I would like to thank You for answering my previous question. Thanks to Your team's help, we have at last received a letter concerning the aforementioned claim.
However, there is another problem regarding the same case. The person responsible for the claim asked us to provide bank accounts numbers in order to realize the due payment. We have sent the accounts numbers via email on September, the 24th. However, even though two weeks have passed since then, so far we haven't received any answer, nor the the money itself.
Can You look into the matter?
