Monthly payment

Hello, my car insurance was last charged on 25.02.  Since then, nothing has been taken from my account.  It was charged for the first time on 03.02.  when I bought the car.  What happens?

With our car insurance, you have the option of paying monthly, quarterly, half-yearly or annually.
You can see which payment method you have chosen in your insurance policy.

If you suspect that the fee has not been debited from your bank account on the desired date, I recommend that you contact our colleagues in the contract department directly.

Our phone numbers are free of charge and our colleagues can be reached Mon - Fri 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Please note that we need a Sepa mandate in order to be able to debit your account on a regular basis. Otherwise your bank will not allow us to make the debit. The colleagues are happy to check whether this is available.
