Drive dot wrong recording

Hi, I've been using Drive Dot since February and I'm happy with the app.  Sometimes there are some minor bugs but the rest is ok, but today I had a big problem.  I was recorded driving in a car that I was not driving.  That car doesn't have a Drive Dot at all and I don't know how it managed to save that trip.  The ride is rated 48. That's not my driving style at all.  My grades are always over 90. That's why I use the app because I'm careful.  My car from the firem I drive to work never records the ride.  The machine I work on at work also moves along the way and activates my app but never records the trip.  I do not know what to do?  I would like you to delete that ride because it is absurd.

I can understand your surprise when a record is made even though you did not drive your vehicle.

Please use the FAQ/Support function in the app and proceed as follows:

• You go to the item "Driving records".
• Then please click on "Trip recording does not start" (even if a recording has been made in your case).
• Now scroll down and on the sub-item "Already checked".
• Fill the required informations and describe the complete facts

With this step you send the issue directly to the BonusDrive Support-Team and the colleagues will take care of the matter.

You can also call 0800 4100 134 (Mon-Fri 8 am-8 pm) and clarify the issue by phone.
