Can't log into or change password

Hi,

I have been using the Allianz bonusdrive app for some time now but the situation with it has become untennable: Every once in a while the app will log me out and not allow me to log back in, even when the correct credentials are provided. Even when attempting to set a new password, the app does not allow me to do so, as it asks me for valid credentials (which I used to get the code in the first place!!). Furthermore, even then having been able to log in, it often happens that the app will not record my trips and so I have to constantly keep monitoring the app for all of these issues which should not even be there in the first place!! The worst of this all is that the discounts I get on my insurance are dependent on the use of an app that YOU provide and which works TERRIBLY!! I have restarted my phone, updated the app (and phone OS) and reinstalled the app. Nothing works. Now, since the app does not work, how will I get the medals that I need for the discount? will I get the gold automatically for this month? (It is not my fault that your app is so faulty).

These issues need to be solved as I cannot be expected to have to check on whether the app is working every single time I get in the car. This must work automatically!

When can I expect these problems to be solved? will the app work properly before the end of this month?!
