Haftpflichtversicherung

Hello,
I made a contract for the Liability insurance on August 13th. I have not received the writing materials and credentials for the online service yet.Due to changing of housing, I need a document stating that I am cover by this insurance, thus I want to know to whom should I speak to or to which email address should I write to in order to receive the stated document.
